Packaging
Each box contains 30 sachets - one month's supply. Each sachet contains 17 grams of powdered wheat germ extract with a total weight of 510g. The box size is 19 cms x 13 cms x 14 cms high.
Each shipment is packaged in a heat resistant foam box with frozen gel packs. On arrival the frozen gel packs will no longer be frozen - they have done their job!!
Shipping
Australian orders -Monday (or Tuesday, if Monday is a public holiday).
International orders - Monday and Thursday (depending on destination).
All orders received by the end of the week will be dispatched the following week.
We usually have no problem with supply of the product; however it is advisable to place your next order at least 2 weeks before running out.
Delivery time
Australian capital and regional cities - next day
Deliveries to other regions - 2 days
International orders - 2 to 4 days.
You will be advised of a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Please note on receipt of the product, it should be stored at a temperature range of 5-15 degrees C. [preferably in a refrigerator].
Due to the perishable nature of the product, we can’t offer any refund.
