Benzoquinones along with other substances are isolated and extracted in a world patented process to produce the fermented wheat germ extract. This natural food source contains one of the highest sources of benzoquinones.
Avemar is derived solely from wheat germ (botanical name: Triticum vulgaris) and is available in sachets which are easily dissolved in water to make a palatable drink.
